Age Verification: phpark22 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
To access Real Money gaming on phpark22, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one (1) phpark22 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phpark22 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, phpark22 requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpark22 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
phpark22 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phpark22 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify phpark22 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. phpark22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
phpark22 reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to funds in the Account may be temporarily restricted.
phpark22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. phpark22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phpark22 Account upon confirmation from the payment provider. phpark22 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. phpark22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
All transactions on phpark22 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpark22 does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset.
All financial transactions on phpark22 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through secure, regulated payment gateways.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by phpark22 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal.
phpark22 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
phpark22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have accepted a promotion in good faith.

All RNG-based Games on phpark22 use certified random number generators that are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer Games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. The outcome of all Games is final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phpark22's servers, the server record shall prevail.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games and are displayed within each Game interface. phpark22 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. VIP Players may be eligible for enhanced limits subject to separate agreement.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a Game, phpark22 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Account. phpark22 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a technical malfunction beyond the refund of the affected wager.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phpark22 Platform without prior written consent from phpark22.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpark22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phpark22's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpark22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
phpark22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at phpark22's sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any balance in your Account may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting phpark22 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
phpark22 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phpark22 operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming legislation.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpark22 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
